Hello again! This will be a second upload in a day because I'm going be quite busy tomorrow and over the weekend, hope you enjoy the video - don't forget to watch in HD!
I love experimenting with low carb recipes and googling any genius ideas for guilt free alternatives, I recently seen this recipe surfacing over Instagram mostly on how to make SUPER EASY, 2 ingredient pancakes that are 100% guilt free, yummy and filling!
After losing all my weight on no carbs I have given my self a slight intolerance to gluten and wheat, I can still eat them but having too much makes me really bloated and ill so I try to cut it out of my diet as much as possible! The main two ingredients for these pancakes are bananas and egg, which is excellent for a low carb diet because you want to be as fuelled as possible to start your day - and both these foods are great for that :)
It's personal preference how you want to decorate your pancakes, I love to use cinnamon because it goes so well with the banana and some blue berries to give me some fruit - they are soooooooo good guys you need to try!
